We also have represented clients in quasi-criminal licensing, suspension, and program exclusion proceedings. One of our partners was a Major in the army, a member of the Judge Advocate General (JAG) Corps, and served as a Special Assistant United States Attorney prosecuting government procurement fraud claims against major defense and other civilian contractors.
